• Order items of repair as directed by licensee.
• Specialized courier service to deliver documents, pick-up keys, etc.
• Routine telephone calls on late rent payments.
• Schedule appointments for licensee to show a listed property.
• Assistance at an open house for security purposes and/or hand out materials/brochures.
• Answer questions concerning a listing from which the answer must be obtained from the licensed employer approved printed information.
• Gather and prepare information for a Comparative Market Analysis.
• Transaction closing Coordinator duties.

• REO Services.
• Data Entry in Top Producer.
• Maintain signs and lock-boxes for all listings, including pending and solds, and final pick up.
• Coordinate all listing items on listing checklist to ensure continuity and good communication between agent, client, and assistant.
• Event Planning.
• Proofread materials, such as advertising copy, personal letters to top clients and direct mail promotions, for content and clarity.
• Follow up with buyers and sellers after the transaction to solicit feedback on the transaction experience.
